pr\u00e9alable.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Derri\u00e8re elle se cache surtout les difficult\u00e9s auxquelles sont confront\u00e9s aujourd\u2019hui ces \u00ab\u00a0jeunes\u00a0\u00bb managers.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Car la nomination inopin\u00e9e aux postes de manager devient vite un cadeau empoisonn\u00e9 !<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Ce terme, popularis\u00e9 par le Chartered Management Institute, d\u00e9signe ainsi des salari\u00e9(e)s reconnu(e)s pour leurs comp\u00e9tences techniques ou op\u00e9rationnelles, et promu(e)s.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Le souci : ni formation ni accompagnement pour cr\u00e9er les conditions favorables au d\u00e9veloppement de leurs comp\u00e9tences manag\u00e9riales et de leurs soft skills.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Et parfois, l\u2019envie de manager n\u2019est pas r\u00e9elle, ni m\u00eame questionn\u00e9e\u2026<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Or pour fixer le cap, f\u00e9d\u00e9rer, motiver, communiquer en donnant du sens \u2013 et bien d\u2019autres attendus encore \u2013 il faut d\u00e9j\u00e0, et avant tout, investir la posture d\u2019animateur mais aussi aimer la dimension relationnelle de l\u2019\u00e9quipe !<\/span><span class=\"white-space-pre\"><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne n\u2019est pas nouveau, malheureusement.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Mais il prend des proportions inqui\u00e9tantes.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>C\u2019est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le l\u2019enqu\u00eate Robert Walters men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de managers britanniques.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>La France n\u2019est pas \u00e9pargn\u00e9e (\u00e9tude de juillet 2024).<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>\u2013 Sur 600 cadres interrog\u00e9s\u00a0: 57% d\u2019entre eux ne se sont pas sentis soutenus \u00e0 leur prise de fonction.<\/span><span class=\"white-space-pre\"><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>\u2013 53% estiment qu\u2019ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 promus sans reconnaissance r\u00e9elle de la part de leur entreprise.<\/span><span class=\"white-space-pre\"><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Plusieurs facteurs organisationnels contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019apparition et au d\u00e9veloppement de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne.<\/span><span class=\"white-space-pre\"><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Et le risque pour le manager, son \u00e9quipe et l\u2019organisation \u2013 si le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas pris \u00e0 la racine \u2013 est grand !<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Malaise, instabilit\u00e9, d\u00e9motivation, perte de confiance\u2026 et de performance : le co\u00fbt peut devenir exponentiel.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Comment \u00e9voluer d\u2019un r\u00f4le ax\u00e9 sur des comp\u00e9tences techniques reconnues vers un r\u00f4le et une posture de manager-facilitateur ?<\/span><span class=\"white-space-pre\"><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Comment acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences manag\u00e9riales solides pour accompagner des \u00e9quipes, tout en faisant face \u00e0 des attentes \u00e9lev\u00e9es ?<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Et comment rester soi sans se perdre dans le tourbillon organisationnel, relationnel\u2026 et \u00e9motionnel g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par des situations stressantes ?<\/span><span><br
