\/><\/span><span>Une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e en septembre 2024 par le cabinet de recrutement Robert Walters aupr\u00e8s de 3 600 professionnels r\u00e9v\u00e8le le rejet des fonctions de supervision et des hi\u00e9rarchies rigides.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>En effet, 72% de ces actifs issus de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z (n\u00e9s entre 1995 et 2012) veulent faire progresser leur carri\u00e8re autrement.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Ils souhaitent d\u00e9velopper leur expertise individuelle, plut\u00f4t que de pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 des postes impliquant de la gestion d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Et 30% opteraient pour une organisation hi\u00e9rarchique horizontale et centr\u00e9e sur le collectif.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>C\u2019est le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>\u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9hi\u00e9rarchisation consciente\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z semble pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer :<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>\u2013 se concentrer sur ses \/><\/span><span>Et si management il y a, ils pl\u00e9biscitent une autorit\u00e9 bas\u00e9e sur la comp\u00e9tence plut\u00f4t que sur le simple statut.<\/span><span class=\"white-space-pre\"><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Elle doit \u00eatre m\u00e9rit\u00e9e \u00e0 travers l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et la d\u00e9monstration de comp\u00e9tences.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Complexit\u00e9 croissante du r\u00f4le\u00a0 pour eux, manque d\u2019affinit\u00e9s avec la fonction, responsabilit\u00e9 difficile \u00e0 porter, sacrifices personnels, stress, charge de travail et surtout mentale souvent disproportionn\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 la reconnaissance ou \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u2026<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Devenir manager ne fait plus r\u00eaver.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Cette mutation traduit en fait une profonde \u00e9volution des priorit\u00e9s professionnelles.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span>Explorer des chemins de carri\u00e8re plus align\u00e9s avec leurs aspirations et leurs valeurs, concilier \u00e9quilibre entre
